Thursday, February 2 was a very busy, yet fun, day for our students! The morning began with a wonderful prayer service from Deacon Litke. After that, our Sixth Graders put on History Day! Each students either worked in groups or alone to create a poster board and research an event from history. They then presented their boards and gave a mini speech to the parents and students who attended. They all did such a great job! In addition, the students continued to enjoy the Scholastic Book Fair and got the chance to shop it as a class throughout the entire week. At the end of the day, our students all came together to compete in the Catholic Quiz Bowl. Each grade selected 3 students to represent them in the Quiz Bowl where they showed off their religious knowledge by answering questions from Mr. Brownfield. It was a great day!
